Apart from my formal degrees in Fine Art, Design, and User Experience & Research. Since 2007, I’ve also been deeply engaged in somatic embodiment practices, courses & workshops; My studio is where my creative, intellectual, and movement-based work converge.

At the core of my practice is a deep curiosity about how we navigate paradox and integrate the full range of human experience and emotion—and how this shows up in both the mind and body.

My recent artwork often centers around body parts and movement as visual metaphors, intentionally designed for the environments they’ll inhabit. My approach is grounded in scientific research, design, and embodied exploration. I’m especially interested in how we can move beyond inherited patterns and limiting beliefs by embracing the whole of our experience—creating space for more authentic ways of being and relating, even in difference.

I believe that when we orient to the body as a source of truth—rather than relying solely on the mind’s ability to analyze and articulate—we access deeper layers of insight and data, untouched by the maze of thoughts produced by the mind. From this place, contradictions can coexist, and we begin to move beyond restrictive, systemic narratives.
